Members’ Exhibition Winter 2024 Entry Form

This form is used to send us your work for exhibitions at the Club, both live and online.  If you work is juried into the live show at the Club, it will also appear in the online gallery.

Online entry deadline: midnight, Sunday, January 28, for works that have not previously been shown in a Club exhibition

The intake team will have your form when you bring your work in on Friday,  February 2, 2:00-4:00 pm and Saturday, February 3, 8:30 – 10:15 am.

The Exhibition runs throughout the month from Monday, February 5. Take down is March 2, from 2:00-4:00 p.m.

Winter Members' Show 2024

Please submit one work at a time using this form. The deadline for online intake is midnight Sunday, January 28th.

If you are unable to use the form below, please click here for a PDF version of the entry form. Bring a printout of the completed form with you to the club on intake.

All works should be for sale, as this supports both the club and the artist.

Works should be picked up on Saturday, March 2nd during intake for the next exhibition.

Description of Work

E.g. oil on canvas, charcoal on newsprint, fired clay etc.
For painting, drawing etc select 2D. For sculpture, ceramics, etc select 3D
Height work in inches.
Width work in inches.

Legal

3. I affirm that the work I am submitting for exhibition is my original work, not a copy, derivative, or based in any way on any other copyrighted or published images of other artistic work.

4. The work was not produced under instruction.

5. I understand that the Art Committee's decision regarding acceptance and exhibition of artwork is final.

6. Work not picked up immediately is stored temporarily in the Art Cupboard, accessible through the staff. Please sign in the Art Binder in the office once you have picked it up.
